The Tropicana Casino Resort has been without an owner when many people and gave the opinion that if you could find a new owner it would start the renovation of the casino. But it seems that these people were wrong because new owner does not plan these ideas. 
Billionaire Carl Icahn is leading in the new team owners, and although has all the money in the world he is about to begin renovations soon changes a casino. He left to understand that he will wait out economic storm before making major changes.
Icahn is not new in these buying Sands at Atlantic City, which he re-sold it after a while with a much higher price than he paid when he did. Although Icahn has said he wants to sell the Tropicana in the future that does not mean that it is not possible considering the affairs of the past.
